Detailed itinerary

The 15 days Uganda All Inclusive Vacation covers the Source of the River Nile where you will have an exciting white water rafting adventure, visit Mount Elgon National Park, Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, Murchison Falls National Park, Lake Mburo National Park, Kibale Forest National Park, Ssese Islands, Lake Bunyonyi, Kampala city tour, Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Day 1
Arrival Entebbe International Airport

Arrival in Entebbe airport for Uganda All Inclusive Vacation and be picked by a driver guide who will take you to your respective hotel in either in Entebbe or Kampala. for an overnight stay

Day 2
Transfer to Jinja and the Sipi Area

Have breakfast early in the morning and later, head to Jinja to explore more on the source of the Nile, the Gandhi monument and the beautiful Bujagali falls. Alternatively, embark on amazing and rewarding white water rafting along the Nile. En route, enjoy the views of numerous breweries and other factories. Later, be served with a local dish at Bujagali as your lunch and then proceed to Mbale. On arrival, have a rest and overnight stay.

Day 3
Explore the Sipi falls and drive back to Jinja

Day 4
Transfer to the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, Murchison Falls National Park

Breakfast early in the morning at your respective lodge and then, you will head to Murchison Falls National Park northwestern Uganda along Kampala-Masindi route. Have a stopover at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to track rhinos. Later, drive to Murchison Falls National Park to have dinner and overnight stay at your preferred lodge.

Day 5
Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise in Murchison Falls National Park

Have breakfast early in the morning and you set off to spectacular Murchison Falls National Park. On a game drive in the northern sector, enjoy views of savanna wildlife species especially elephants, buffaloes, lions, bushbucks, Oribi, Rothschild’s giraffes, waterbucks, hartebeests and leopards. Later, have lunch and a rest and have an exciting launch cruise to the bottom of the Nile. A launch cruise rewards you with views of aquatic life like the Nile crocodiles, hippos and birds. Later, return and have dinner and overnight stay at lodge.

Day 6
Second game drive in the morning and visit to the top of the Nile, Murchison Falls National Park

After your delicious breakfast, head off for a second game viewing at Murchison Falls National Park. After, you will return to the lodge for rest and lunch and then set off to the top of the Nile where you will hike to through the stunning surrounding area of the park up to the mighty Murchison waterfalls to view it as it squeezes itself into a narrow gorge of about 7 meters. Day 7
Depart to Kibale Forest National Park

Early in the morning after your breakfast drive to Kibale National Park Southwestern Uganda. En route, enjoy the breathtaking views of the Rwenzori Mountains ranges, tea plantations and others. On arrival, spend a night at accommodation of choice.

Day 8
Explore the Semuliki hot springs

Breakfast early in the morning and then you head to Semuliki National Park to explore its dramatic female and male hot springs. To prove its powerfulness, come along with an egg or banana and perform some experiment. Later, have lunch and then proceed to Kasenda Crater Lakes. Day 9
Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Following breakfast early in the morning, you will embark on a journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park. En route enjoy the amazing views of the Rwenzori Mountain ranges. Later have lunch and then embark on a launch cruise through Kazinga channel for 2 hours to where you will sight at hippos, crocodiles and some of 620 bird species. Later, come back and enjoy beautiful Crater Lake and then connect to your respective lodge to have a rest, dinner and overnight stay at Lodge.

Day 10
Morning game drive and Chimpanzee tracking in the afternoon Kyambura Gorge-Queen Elizabeth National Park

Have breakfast early in the morning and later, set off for a game drive along the Kasenyi area and be rewarded by amazing views of wildlife species such as Lions, Waterbucks, Cape Buffaloes, Spotted hyenas, Warthogs, Uganda Kobs, African elephants, Mongooses, and bird species. Return to the lodge for relaxation and lunch. Later, have an afternoon Chimpanzee tracking and other primates along the Kyambura Gorge. Come back to the lodge to have dinner and overnight stay

Day 11
A visit to Ishasha sector-Queen Elizabeth National Park, drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park

Have breakfast at your respective lodge and later, set off for a game drive along the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park to catch views of the tree climbing lions. Later, transfer back to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park southwestern Uganda a home to 400 mountain gorillas. On arrival, have overnight stay in lodge of choice

Day 12
Gorilla tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park

You will be served breakfast early in the morning at your favorite safari lodge and later, join others at the park headquarters (Buhoma, Rushaga, Ruhija and Nkuringo sector) for briefing. Later, return to where you set off from/lodge and then transfer to Lake Bunyonyi to have dinner and overnight stay

Day 13
Boat ride in Lake Bunyonyi

Have breakfast early in the morning and then head to Lake Bunyonyi exciting boat ride to one of the 29 islands to spot some birds. Later, come back to your respective lodge to have dinner and overnight

Day 14
Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park

Have a delicious breakfast early in the morning at your favorite lodge and later, drive to Lake Mburo National Park to have a game drive which rewards you with amazing views of wildlife species like zebras, cape buffaloes, antelope families, giraffes and others as well as several bird species. Later, return to your lodge to have dinner and overnight stay

Day 15
Drive back to Kampala or Entebbe Airport marking the end of Uganda All inclusive vacation

Early in the morning, you will have breakfast at your respective lodge and later, transfer back to Kampala for a city tour to places like Kasubi tombs or King of Buganda palace, Bahai temple. Later, connect to Entebbe International Airport to take a flight back home if it is scheduled the same day and this marks the end of your safari

14 night accommodation

We use both standard 4×4 customized safari vans and 4×4 luxury customized safari Land cruisers with pop-up roofs for maximum game viewing, wildlife filming and photography and easy for taking as many photos as you can. Our Landcruisers are also fitted with charging system for your cameras, phones and also every client is guaranteed a window seat for easy view.

Our drive/guides are very professionally and well trained, we know every successful safari needs a great guide, majority of the comments from our clients regarding our services are centered on the professionalism of our guides.

Change of the itineraries:
The itinerary may change occasionally due to the availability of gorilla permits and accommodation.

Wifi availability:
Wi-Fi is available in most accommodations but sometimes it is limited due to weak signal points in some places.

Surcharge on Christmas festive season 24/12, 25/12, 26/12 , New Year Eve 31/12 and New Years 1/1

Policy for single and extra bed:
The third person using extra bed: Price as one adult

Policy for Children:

01 child under 4-year-old (sharing a bed with parents): Free of charge
• 01 child from 4 and under 9-year-old (sharing a bed with parents): 75% of the price per an adult
• 02 children under 4 years old (staying with parents): 75% of the price per an adult
• From 9-year-old: price as an adult.children below 15 years are not allowed to trek gorillas

Payment:

  • A deposit of 20% on the safari cost is required when booking a safari. If a safari includes gorilla tracking and chimpanzee tracking then the deposit should include the full cost of the gorilla permit fee (US$600) and chimpanzee permit fee (US$150) per pemit per person as well. The remaining balance must be paid 45 days prior departure. For any bookings within 45 days of departure, the full tour amount will be charged up on booking.
    • Payment in cash: Cash shall be paid at our office or will be collected at your hotel.
    • Credit card: credit card fee is applied to the total amount and different from type of card
    • Bank transfer: Please note that the bank fee in Uganda, and the international bank for transmission are covered by the client.

What to bring:

  • Trail shoes or running shoes with a good solid grip and good support and cotton socks are the most versatile and comfortable footwear for this trip. Some people prefer their well broken-in hiking boots
  • A wide-brimmed or peaked hat for sun protection.
  • Poncho or raincoat just in case, especially if gorilla trekking is on your itinerary
  • Light sweater, jacket or sweatshirt for cooler evenings. It cools off quite drastically in the higher elevations
  • Binoculars
  • Sunglasses, Sun cream
  • Camera and film

  • Free cancellation on safari cost up to 45 days prior departure. No refund applicable within 45 days of departure.
    No refund of any kind on Gorilla and chimpanzee permits
